Datecover Babble is a community where members can converse with one another about a pre-determined topic.  This feature functions like an email chain.  Find a post you’re interested in and read what other members had to say.  You can contribute and post your own views to the chain, or even create a new topic for whatever is on your mind.  Datecover Babble is full of fun ideas, serious questions and informative answers.

Fancy a Chat? Datecover Chat is a great way to pre-secreen or get to know a member before real world communication.  Using our online chat feature keeps you protected in the Datecover universe.  Exchanging real world information is up to you, and a personal choice.  We advise every member to online chat with a potential match before ever exchanging personal contact email, social network or phone numbers.

Matching  (Launching Soon)
Skip the first 3 dates! Ever go on a few dates with somebody only to discover you two were not compatible? Did it feel like a waste of your time, effort and money?  Datecover Match’s tools was developed so we could put two people together who would like each other.  Our proprietary matching system presents a list of matches showing the % compatibility. “Matching” is the result of the “personality spam filter” you created by answering our questions.

Take your pick!  Datecover Search is like shopping online for a date.  Simply select the attributes of exactly the type of person you’re looking for and we‘ll show you members that fall within your criteria.   If no results come up, you’re being too picky!   If too many results come up, be a little more selfish with your needs.  With Datecover Search, your ideal partner is easy to find.

Security
Browse Incognito

I spy with my little eye!  You can see them, but they don’t know you’re watching.  We realize you may want to look at another members profile without letting them know you’ve visited… after all, visiting may imply interest.  For an added level of privacy control, use Browse Incognito and search user profiles without them knowing you were there.

Hide my Profile
Ever wanted to be the Invisible Man or Woman? By selecting Hide My Profile, you are hidden from the entire Datecover universe.   In essence, you are invisible.  You do not exist.  You will not show up in member search results, matches, nor will your profile be searchable.   It will be as if you werent even a member.  Use this feature ONLY if you want to be the one who makes first contact.  You can still post, search and match while your profile is hidden.  You can always become visible again when you’re ready for others to find you.

Answer Me:
Grant entry to the worthy! Designed for the selective member who wants more control over who is able to freely communicate with them, Answer Me is a pre-filter that prevents members from communicating with you unless they first answer your Answer Me questions. After you review their answers, you can grant them full communication access by responding to their message. If you do not respond to their message, they will not be able to communicate with you.  Answer Me is a great way to keep your message count low and learn something fun about interested candidates!

Block
Deny, Delete, Destroy.   If you block a member from viewing your profile, it will be like they don’t exist anymore. The link between you and the member you’re blocking will be severed forever.  No communication can be exchanged,and this person will never see you online.  Only use this option when you want to cut all ties with a member, but don’t worry, if you change your mind this can be undone.

Store
Gifts are my favorite!   Send members a gift with your introduction and make them smile.   Introductions that come with a gift have a much higher response rate than traditional email.  Sending a gift is an excellent way to make someone feel special and have you stand out from the crowd.
